(she/her)
My approach to therapy stems largely from client centered humanistic & psychodynamic theory in conjunction with solutions focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Narrative based cognitive restructuring and Mindfulness.
Being client centered allows for unique, individualized treatment plans to be developed collaboratively with the client, catering to your specific needs and stepping more fully into your greatest potential.
Through my years of training and professional experience, I have worked with individuals of all ages who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, stress, low self esteem, sexual identity, LGBTQ++ issues, relationship issues and life transitions.
